ABOUT Omni Kiecker
Attorney
Omni Kiecker, Attorney at Law
I graduated Minnesota State University, Mankato with a double Business Management Major at the age of 20. In my third and final year of Hamline Law School, I won a CALI award and was introduced to the world of estate planning. I found my calling. I understood the world of wills and trusts and I was good at it. I also found I had a knack for the related areas of real estate law and business law.
Kiecker Law Office, LLC first opened for business in 2006. In 2009, when my first son was born, I took time off to be a parent. That is, and always will be, my favorite “job.”
Today, in addition to the practice of law, I serve on the Board of Directors for Hope Rooted, a non-profit organization that supports Functional Medicine.
I am also an adjunct Business Law Professor at Minnesota State University and serve on the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Our mission is to engage alumni, friends and students in ways that benefit its members and Minnesota State University, Mankato through opportunities that stimulate a lifetime of interest, loyalty and support.
I recently published a book entitled Financially Caring for your Disabled Child that provides insight and information into Minnesota Supplemental Needs Trusts.
At the end of the day, my favorite words to hear from a client are ‘Thank You’. It means a lot to me to know that my clients appreciate my legal knowledge, support and dedication to their concerns.
My goal is to make my all my clients feel comfortable when working with me. Whether I’m meeting with a family to create an estate plan, or drafting articles of incorporation for a small business owner, I make myself available to my clients at times and places that are convenient to them.
